Below we’ve listed the most common questions and answers. If you have any additional questions both our office staff and technicians are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about having your car repaired.

We know it can be a daunting experience and want it to be as painless and hopefully enjoyable as possible.

I've damaged my car, what do I do now?

If you call us and explain what’s happened we can advise you whether the repair is likely to be something that you may want to claim against or if it’s a repair that you may want to consider just paying for. We will also ask for photos or you can come in and we will inspect the car while you wait. You will then receive a quote, either via email, phone or post.

If my repair is an insurance claim where will I be sent?

Remember, you can choose where your repairs are carried out. You only need one quote. You do not have to use the insurance companys’ appointed repairer if you do not wish to. We always supply you a courtesy car for your insurance work as well as local collection and delivery at times to suit you. The Association of British Car Repairers, Office of Fair Trading, Association of British Insurers and The Financial Services Authority all agree that: “It’s your car and your choice where you have it repaired”

Is there a warranty on the work?

All of our work is warranted, in most cases for a minimum of 3 years. This is for the paintwork and is in regard to the finish and the long lasting durability of our companies work. We carry out all paint and repair work to last as long as possible. We pride ourselves on the high level of workmanship that all of our staff carry out and thrive to constantly improve. For details on any specific piece of work or repair speak to a member of staff when you are getting a quote or inspection.

I use my car every day, can I request a courtesy car?

Don’t worry we have a number of courtesy cars for anyone who is having repair work carried out with us. In most cases there is no charge for this. All loans will be at the company’s discretion.

Who can drive the courtesy car?

The courtesy cars can only be driven by the person who signed the paperwork when they collected the car.
